Rates and Reservations

One night - $149.00 per night for a single night stay, double occupancy. Each additional guest $20.00 per night. Children under seven stay free.
Two or more nights - $119.00 per night for double occupancy, each additional guest $20.00 per night. Children under seven stay free.
Weekly - $525 per week.
Check-in time is 3 PM. If you intend to arrive before check-in time, please notify us and we will try to make the house available at your requested time.
Check-out is 12 Noon. If you intend to leave later than this, a late charge of $75.00 will apply if the house is not vacant by this time. However, if you plan to leave later, contact us and we will try to work something out and waive the fee.
Lodging Policy
Advance Deposit Policy - We will charge your credit card at the time of booking. The advance deposit is refundable up to fourteen days prior to your arrival date.
Confirmed Reservations - We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as check or cash. A confirmed reservation will hold your accommodations through the night of your arrival.
Occupancy - Maximum occupancy at Terrapin Creek is six.
Special Requests - Please notify us in advance if you are celebrating a special occasion, birthday, anniversary, et cetera, so that we may provide a complimentary gift.
We have gift certificates available, please call or email to inquire.
Restrictions - No pets or smoking are allowed within the house. If it is discovered that pets were kept inside the house or there was smoking inside the house, a $100 dollar cleaning fee will be charged.
Room Damages - You are responsible for leaving the house in the same condition (aside from normal use) as it was found when you arrived. Any damage found during or after departure will be charged to the guest. We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests or vehicles.
